August Drinks Night
We look forward to hosting the August Drinks night at the Poolside, Suasana Bangsar for the ever popular Lamb on a Spit. We have held the spit roast functions in the past and they have always been a very fun-filled evening. As the function will be held at poolside, this event will not be suitable for children under the age of 12 as constant surpervision will need to be be given to young children around the pools.

Cooking class at The Willow Tree – Tuesday 28th August – CANCELLED
Chef Hadi has had to leave unexpectantly for Morocco, as a result the cooking class has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled, so stay tuned for further announcements.
An opportunity to cook, eat and do your bit for charity
Chef Hadi of Willow Tree has organised a 4 hour cooking class for MANZA members on 28 AUG 2012. The class inlcudes the art of bread making and the various ways to cook chicken:
BREAD MAKING
Learn how to make and bake mediterranen bread.
Understand the basic principals of bread.
Adding new ingredients to the bread to get different flavours and textures.
How you treat the bread while it is fermenting and baking.
Glazing the bread.
CHICKEN
Breaking it down and cut it by pieces into breast ,wings,thighs,and drum sticks.
Step by step cooking procedures for each piece,
Chef Hadi will showcase a few western and mediterranean chicken recipes.
The class will be held at The Willow Tree, Desa Sri Hartamas (behind Souled Out). We need a minimum of 5 pax with a maximum of 10.
