MANZA Monthly Lunch

MANZA holds a monthly luncheon that alternates between the last Monday or Tuesday of the month. It is usually a two course lunch served with a glass of wine at a different venue each month. We occasionally also have a cooking demonstration with lunch to follow.

The monthly lunches are a lovely way to meet new friends in a relaxed environment or try somewhere different that you might not have thought of yourself. You might discover a little gem suitable to take your husband, family or friends.

MANZA Monthly Drinks Night

Each month our Events team arranges a drinks night from 6.30pm – 10pm at a ‘new’ or ‘popular’ bar/restaurant around Kuala Lumpur. Come along and enjoy the company of the fun expats in town - great way to meet new friends!

Each venue we select offers drinks at happy hour prices, and will serve complimentary finger food during the night. We hope to see you at the next drinks night.

Please note: Some venues supply a lot more complimentary light snacks than others. There is always food available for purchase at all our chosen venues, so if you fancy having dinner during the drinks night, there should be lots of yummy choices on their menu.

Lunches & Drinks Nights Past

October Drinks Night @ Little HavanaThe number of people there was even more impressive considering the downpour in the early evening, which thankfully didn’t seem to put too many people off. October Ladies Lunch This month's lunch was held at Bangles Tandoori restaurant - a large colonial bungalow on Jalan Ampang opposite Great Eastern Mall which serves authentic & fragrant Halal North Indian cuisine prepared by chefs from India.
Fish N Chips Night You have got to love having a drinks and dinner night at Manza House. It is always extremely laid back and everyone laughs a lot! September Drinks Night Another fabulous MANZA drinks night. We all get excited about seeing friends that we can not usually catch up with during the week eg; picking the kids up from school/sports etc;
September Ladies Lunch The venue for the September ladies lunch, was The Mustard Tree, in Ampang. The downtown location was a resounding success, attracting large numbers of both old and new faces. August Ladies Lunch Fasta PastaThis month’s lunch was held at Fasta Pasta in the Ikano Power Centre (on the ground floor next to IKEA). The first of this chain to open in the region, they are hoping to open more outlets in the Klang Valley and later to expand to Singapore and Bangkok.
August Drinks Night Now these nights are a can’t MISS in my diary per month! Ok, I confess, I live close by to Souled Out so walking home is an easy option after a few too many Wino’s, but lots of members/guests had to travel further. July Drinks Night This month we had a top turn out for our drinks night which was held at the newly opened bar and restaurant – The Rib Shack, at Desa Sri Hartamas.
June Drinks Night Who should be on the desk to meet and greet us but Maria, who flew out a couple of hours later to take up their new expat posting in Switzerland. June Ladies Lunch Another delightful Monthly Ladies lunch took place at the newly opened premises of Gin Ger Restaurant in Sri Hartamas.
