HERITAGE COOKING CLASSES

MANZA is offering cooking classes at MANZA House, for those who are interested in learning how to cook Asian dishes typically found in Malaysia, which include Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thai and Nyonya dishes, with ten people per class. They are hands-on cooking classes, in which participants will work together each week to produce the lunch and theneat it as a group. Four dishes will be made each week, plus a first course meal and/or a dessert. Most of our cooks are restaurant operators who will share their knowledge and cooking tips. From time to time we may invite cooks whose specialties are in Japanese, Vietnamese and various other ethnic cuisines.
We are looking for members and their friends who wish to participate actively and be totally involved in the cooking classes. No qualifications or prior cooking experience is required. People with a keen interedst to experiment with Asian styles of cooking would enjoy this hands on experience.
This class is limited to ten so that everyone will have the chance to do some cooking. We request the participants bring their own aprons. If you are interested in joining the class, you will need to pay your money up font, as this class is very popular.
